It was a rainy Sunday and I had plenty of spare time so I spent (was going to say wasted) some time watching random YouTube videos. You can learn a great deal by doing that. You can also watch a lot of really crappy stuff. I came across a great speech by Neil Gaiman. I hope you enjoy it as well. I think this video speech really relates to all trainers and teachers.
