Where did learning go wrong?

Where did learning go wrong. Check out this video. You may have already heard the theory. The group that has done this also has a few other entertaining videos and they expect to release more soon. I have this problem when I am training people in project management. They struggle to see the whole picture. They keep zooming in to see the bits but struggle to see how it all fits together – the big picture. I think the use of the internet may reverse this old trend as it does enable participants to interact with the big picture and personally I love using project based learning as it emerges people into the big picture. Maybe we are heading in the right direction. What do you think?
