We are zooming into the end of the year and most trainers and educators are finishing programs and assessments off. I have just had the first real day off (sort of) for about 6 months and I have had a small chance to think about next year. I have some ideas, nothing solid yet but I am going to work on that over the next few weeks. What interests me the most is what new, innovative things you going to be doing next year? What risks are you going to take? What do you hope to learn? Not inspired to change the status quo. Check the video out below. Take a leap.
A saying I really like (and I don’t know who said it) is, take that leap and a net will appear. This year, for me, that was quite true. I’ve changed how I operate, changed my business, enjoyed myself a lot more and met a lot of interesting people. It was a radical change and there were many risks but the net appeared and I have never been so busy and productive.
I like how the people on the video, despite the huge risks and how fast the ground is coming up to meet them, have time to look around and enjoy the view!
Do something exciting and challenging next year. The net will appear. You will learn.
