I read a post the other day (not sure where though) that VR or virtual reality would start to fade this year. In previous years there was much talk about VR and every electronics company was bringing out a VR headset. The key issue appeared to be that it was really only useful for the gamer. So big deal. But I have always thought that it will have a big impact on training. I predict that 2017 will be the year that we will start to see VR sneak into certain training environments particularly those where safety of the participants is an issue. Read the article below to see where VR is heading in regard to training.
