Unfair dismissal – Unfair Rap

I am delivering some HR training at the moment and there is a fair degree of skepticism about unfair dismissal. The main aspect is that people believe you can’t sack some-one ie if you do they will just get reinstated. An example of where this is not true was published yesterday. It is a great example and you might like to use it in your training if you need a good example to prove your point.
