Try this little test out

I was reading this small blog post on levity in your school and it occurred to me that the 11 questions that it asks are important to every workplace. Many of you are working in a training department or RTO but some of you are working in roles outside of the learning sector. Levity or fun is important in every workplace. I have worked in places where it really was fun to go to work and in other organisations where it was dull, boring and a real chore to turn up each day. Which workplace was more productive? I don’t think I need to answer that. My experience as a trainer tells me that a fun work place leads to a fun workforce who will most likely generate a fun approach to learning and this in turn leads on to fun effective learning.
