The second part of the series on the TNA process has been posted to all of the usual locations. Part two looks at the key points of uncovering and verifying the problem. This is the early research stage where you ensure that the problem actually exists and you discover the parameters and boundaries of the problem. Many mistakes have been made in this stage of the TNA process (SUSPECT) which have resulted in a massive waste of time and money. If you are the trainer or consultant you can also lose a great deal of credibility if this stage is not completed competently.
