The last part of the TNA process (suspect) has been posted to all of the usual locations. The last stage concerns ‘The Results and Recommendations’. Typically the result of this stage is a report outlining the data found, the results and conclusions from that data, the isolated performance gaps and the recommended solutions. A good TNA report will also contain an implementation plan for the recommendations including an estimated budget, timeline and required resources. I hope that you have enjoyed the series.
