Here is another one of those articles that really irritates you. Organisations trying to save some money by cutting training and then finding out that this has had a negative effect on the organisation in the future. Wow, what a surprise. Your organisation is only an organisation and only producing a product or service because of people. The quality of your people will have an effect on the quality of your product and service. Its a no brainer. So wake up. If you want to cut expenses cut the things that don’t have a long term impact. Lunches, travel, ridiculous expenditure, waste etc. You have to train your people you idiots or you will gradually end up an organisation of idiots!
