I have been sitting in front of my computer way too much lately. It really saps the energy from you and I firmly believe it is not only bad for my health but it is effecting my eyesight. I am sure I am not the only one who is finding that more and more of their time is glued to one sort of screen or another, computer monitor, ipad or telephone. And of course there is also the typing, the poor posture etc. Here is a good article on healthy computer use. Here is another on how to reduce your email time. I hope they help. One of my new tactics is that at 6pm I go for a run, generally on the beach or I whip up a storm on my new drum kit. That revitalises me and really gets the kinks out. What do you do?
