Here is an interesting post from Jane Hart regarding the mismatch between how L&D and employees see workplace learning. Do you agree? I often experience this mismatch particularly when an employee attends a competency program and I have to cover certain content which isn’t  really relevant to the employee, or they could just simply look it up.
