This weeks Training Tips 56 video looks at how easy it is to convert learning objectives, outcomes and competencies into one of the other formats. This is commonly misunderstood. They aren’t different they are all the same. It is just the format that they are written in that is different. If you have trouble writing learning outcomes then don’t.
