I often tell new trainers in training that the person you are when you are training is often not the same person your family and friends see. It is an act, just like an actor in a movie or play. Maybe this isn’t the case for everyone but I know it is for me. I am different when I am in front of a group. Not huge differences but there is a trainer act or part that I play to engage my audience and that part also changes for different audiences. On this relaxing Sunday reflect on who is the real you and how many acts do you play when you are in the training role?
