I think I am, on holidays, that is. I’m not quite sure as I still seem to be assessing things and thinking about session plans and programs for next year but that is the way it is when your a contractor. It never really stops. I know that some of you are on holidays and for some holidays probably start next week sometime. Time to relax, unwind and charge the batteries for another full on training year. I hope to catch up on some surfing. With that in mind spend a few minutes watching this incredible surfing footage. Even if you don’t surf, there is something relaxing about watching big waves.
