I’ll be doing a lot of writing over the next few months for clients and that means sitting down a lot. I like a run in the morning but that doesn’t really keep me going all day. I tried a few months ago a process of working for 55mins then exercising for 5mins and it worked exceptionally well. In fact I was more productive doing this than just working for hours and then having a break. So this time I am going to organise my exercises a little more using a couple of video’s. So how about starting your Sunday off with a bit of exercise and when your at work trying out this simple 7 minute program. The first video is good so you can see what is required and then I like the computer animated one below. Time to get fit for summer.
