Hope your Sunday is going well. I am out running a 1/2 Marathon this morning in Sydney. I haven’t done this run for years and this was the goal to keep fit for the rest of the year and a few more long runs. I find that if I lock a few running races in for the year that keeps me motivated for the year as I have to do the training otherwise it hurts way too much. In other words that is how I motivate myself.
Time to get up and get moving.
