I have had a few stressful events over the last month or so, both work related and personal. That is normal I suspect during the holiday period. In the work area I have had some new challenges which have been very rewarding but have also required me to extend my abilities into new areas. I am not a person who gets stressed easily and I have my own coping strategies such as running which basically keep everything in balance. I rediscovered the power of just taking a few deep breathes and was very surprised just how quickly this can calm me down and pull everything back into perspective. So today, on your Sunday off, try a few deep breathes. Enjoy the feeling. Calm your mind and relax.
