Stay fit trainers or else!

I was reading this article the other day from Mashable titled, “Your Desk Job Makes you Fat, Sick and Dead”. A little bit harsh but sadly true. Trainers are generally lucky as at least when you are training you are on your feet and moving around. Remember to keep you participants moving and mobile as well. Often though as trainers we can spend days on end sitting doing admin work, assessing, writing programs and designing materials. So beware and be careful. Carry out the tips at the end of the article and keep up a good exercise routine as a well as a healthy diet. You will have more energy, be happier, be bale to put more effort into your presentations and, it appears, live longer.
