His final point though is very interesting and I am very aware of it. Treat an expert like a novice and you will fail and vice versa treat a novice like an expert and you will fail. For trainers, pitch your training at the appropriate level. For people hiring or managing trainers remember who you are dealing with. They are generally experts at what they train people in. Respect that and let them do their job. Tell them how to do their job, their expertise and expect a less than desirable result.
