The nap is back, well almost. I came across this article recently which basically outlines that fact that if you have a one hour nap it will make you smarter, clear the mind and increase you learning ability. That is good news for all the nappers out there. As a trainer I think we all know that a full day of training people can be mentally exhausting to the point that at times you know that your mind has turned to mush and that you are not making much sense at all. Why not try a small nap at lunch time away from the training group. Obviously make sure that your getting adequate sleep at night to refresh the brain. Your participants will appreciate it. If you don’t get enough sleep then your participants might.
