I am fascinated by people, what they do and why. I was close to doing psychology at one point but went down the training/education path which did involve some psychology. I have read many books and blogs on psychology and I am often confused as to what is right and what is myth. The video below should help you to understand what is really just myth and this will hopefully understand those people in your training groups. Many of the myths below were part of my teaching training as truth.
