Project Management for Instructional Designers

I have taught many project management courses to many different types of people and for many different end purposes. I believe it is an essential  requirement for all employees, business owners and people who want to manage a set of tasks effectively within a time frame, within a set budget and to an established standard. Ok – so that is probably everybody. If you don’t get the chance to do a course or can’t handle reading one of the thousands of useful textbooks out there try out this excellent on-line resource. It is project management for instructional designers but the well explained principles apply to all types of projects.
