I am fascinated by motivation particularly when applied to participants in a course. Unfortunately I often get the feeling that the only thing motivating some people and groups is the piece of paper at the end to say they finished and passed the program. You can get very cynical at times when you see this happening and that then makes it difficult to motivate yourself to do a great job.
