Below is an interesting article on old school rules for teachers. Things have changed a bit but maybe they have change too far. Teachers and trainers are important and their overall behaviour in and out of school or the training room is important to who they are and how they are perceived when they are on the job. They should strive to set a high example. The majority of teachers and trainers I know do just that but some tend to think that it is just a 8 to 4 job. Wrong, it is a 24/7 job and with that responsibility comes great rewards.
