I was presenting to a group last week in Dubbo on Emotional Intelligence. I mentioned at the end of the program that meditation was a very useful tool that they could use to increase their awareness and hence emotional intelligence. I got the usual looks of disbelieve and hence once again I would like to include a good post on the value of meditation. At least try it once before you reject it. It is actually better if you try it for at least a month and then see how you feel.
