I have been spending the week writing a complex development program for leaders (or managers) which will be rolled out to about 20 thousand employees over the next few years. It’s looking good so far with the usual issues of making sure that I include everything the client wants, everything the AQF wants and from my perspective everything that must be in the program to bring about a positive change in management style towards a more leadership orientated organisation. I found this great infographic which is what I am trying to achieve over 5 days. Hope you can use it somewhere in your training.
