Laws of Human Nature

I read this blog post today at Education Innovation (Blog post link) and thought that it was good reminder of some of the guidelines we need to remember when dealing with a wide variety of students/trainees. We often get so caught up in preparing a good program or session that we forget about the students who will be going through the training. We can not predict with 100 percent  accuracy how they will handle the program or session but with the application of learning theory, trainer experience and these guidelines we may have more consistent success.
