In this episode we look at the three step approach to getting a better fun balance as well as how as a trainer you can assist others to get more fun out of their work and life. I hope you have enjoyed the series. I am working on the three steps and must admit that I am having a lot more fun at work, which of course is flowing over into my life outside of work but it is also reflected in my attitude and behaviour in the training room. Generally it is true, that if the trainer is having fun so is the audience. I look forward to any feedback you may have.
