It is interesting that while we criticise and rant and rave about the Gonski reforms other parts of the world see the issue differently to us. Have a quick read of this article from the well respected News24, South Africa/Africa online news resource. This is a very positive article. Why don’t we see it this way? Amazing how the media can distort our view of what is happening or not.
As a footnote I saw Peter Garrett on a plane last week. He looks very tired.
