It is often this zone that sets up a great flowing session or you stumble, mumble and fall. Getting that start right is so important and sets the tone for the rest of the session or day. It isn’t difficult to get it right either but I think at times we get lazy and don’t focus and concentrate on what we are going to say and do to get the whole program off the ground.
