Google’s Training Programs

Here is an interesting article about Google’s training programs. If you would prefer the video version it can be watched from here. As one of the (so called) best employers in Australia and I assume elsewhere they do appear to have a well designed and established training system. I’d like to know how much of the training is traditional class based as opposed to more elearning based.
