I honestly believe that everyone knows what the best type of learning process is. Do I need to spell it out? Just so you can confirm your own thoughts it is great instruction, train to true mastery (lots of practice) and one on one mentoring and coaching. So you were right! How often does this happen? Why doesn’t it happen? Money? Elearning or blended elearning has the ability to turn this around and sooner or later that’s where we will all be.
