The second in the series of videos on work life balance does not exist can be found at the usual locations. Please watch and make any comments that you feel are appropriate. This episode provides some of the simple strategies that can be used to ensure work is more fun than not. Personally, one of my goals for this year is to try and have more fun than not. Difficult as it may sound I believe that it can be achieved. At least I have one aspect on side I still have a lot of fun teaching and since it is a part of my job that tips the overall balance in favour of fun. I have some things that I can eliminate which are not fun and which also offer no value to me. Watch next week’s last episode on work life balance when I examine how to achieve a better fun, not fun balance.
