It probably comes as no surprise that if you exercise your brain with be healthy and operate more effectively which is pretty important when you are a trainer and the most important tool of the trade is your brain. With the festive season nearly upon us it is a good idea to stay on top of your heath but doing some exercise. What is your exercise of choice? Mine typically is running but I have also started doing some tone up exercises using a app on my phone. Try out the 7 minute workout. It is great for a quick tone up and can be done anywhere, even when travelling.
