I was doing some research recently on EI and found a great website which helped me out with some learning ideas on EI. The website is called 6 Seconds. You might have already heard about it. If not, have a look. They have some very handy guides that I found very practical. Two that were great, 1. Emotional Intelligence, the Business Case and 2. Practising Emotional Intelligence.
