The majority of elearning articles are very up beat about the possibilities, enjoyment and interaction but often leave out the problems, technical issues and frustration. Personally I think that elearning is the future and it will greatly enhance our training capabilities but it is still early days and it doesn’t always work the way you would expect. The linked article below by Brian Croxall is a good warts and all reflection on how elearning can be just as frustrating as exciting. I encourage you to read through the article and reflect on your own experiences. The key to an article like this is sharing your own experiences and suggesting possible strategies to overcome some of the problems.
