Last week I looked at a case study regarding a simple but extremely effective training system at Jiffy Lube. Today please examine these two e learning programs operating in two completely different fields. One at Pizza Express and the other an innovative doctor who broadcasts his operations over the internet. Two great examples where people and organisations are using technology to achieve effective learning where it would normally not happen or only reach out to a small select audience. I am not concerned about the increasing use of technology in learning. For me the frustration is in how long it is taking to get here.
