Disappointment. Listening to people talking about getting into teaching/training because it is easy and the holidays are good. Listening to people who are teachers and trainers moaning about the workload and the stupid participants they have to put up with.
You either like the job or not. If you don’t like it get out of it and let those who love it get on with doing a great job. For those wanting in, don’t, unless you are coming in to help people learn. That’s why we are here. Not for the holidays or the money.
Here’s one big tip. If you don’t like people and don’t want to spend every minute of your day helping people then teaching and training is not the job for you.
