Well, day one of this reflection process started rather strangely. I was up at 5.40am so I could be in the car and driving to Blacktown by 6:15. Got there at 8:05am and set up and then noticed that there wasn’t anyone around. I was meant to be delivering teamwork training to a group of technicians. I found out later that the organisation had cancelled the training but had forgot to tell me. This is definitely not the first time this has happened. So, I went home and marked some assessments and put together handouts and slides for 4 full day programs I have over the next few weeks. It is good to be ahead of that work.
A little bit of spare time so I went for a hour bike ride and had lunch at the spot above. Great day but not a very profitable one so far.
6pm session at Gosford Hospital with health professionals covering continuous improvement. Went well, it’s a good group. That finished at 8:45pm and home by 9:10pm. Time for some dinner and a bit of a movie. Early start tomorrow. Hope that it hasn’t been cancelled.
