Big File Transfer

As a trainer and particularly as I design and develop training programs, videos and elearning resources I often have to transfer large files to clients. This once meant travelling to their location and hand delivering the resources or mailing CD’s or DVD’s to them. Over the last few years there have been some very handy applications developed on the internet which can assist you. FTP (File transfer protocol) is one of the ways you can send large files but this does require some knowledge, software and a understanding client with permission to upload to their server. Better still are the free to use file transfer sites.
I have previously recommended You Send It as it does provide an excellent reliable service. Another new one just appeared on the web and it is a great simple tool to use. It is called Ge.tt I had a problem initially with using their service but I emailed support and had a reply almost instantly from their CEO who told me it was fixed and could they help me in any other way. I really appreciate that level of service and after trying the service I can recommend that it does work.
