Assessment validation isn’t a complex process but it is one that has many students and professional trainers and assessors confused about. I think the reason for that is two fold. One, it is often mixed up with the term valid, which is part of the validation process but not all of it and two, because it is a process that has not been done in the past or in some cases a process that has never been used.
