Well done everyone who managed to complete the last round. It was a tough one with six of, possibly the most difficult letters, in the alphabet. Thanks again to everyone who contributed at any point in the competition as I am sure that everyones’ contributions have given us something to think about and reflect on in our own trainer makeup. Congratulations Stuart who wins the competition and the full customer satisfaction training program. I will be organising delivery of that to him this week. Special mention should go to Greg who was nearly there and to Matt for forcing me to go to the dictionary on many occasions to check that his words were real. My vocabulary has been expanded!
Hoped you enjoyed the weekly competition. I will be looking at another competition soon. Not sure what it will be yet.
