Here’s a new training term for you, edupreneur. Well at least it was for me. I picked this up from a post at the Huffington Post. You can read it here. There appears to be a real educational revolution happening in America as opposed to our educational reshuffle which has really amounted to very little. I like the term edupreneur as I believe there are great opportunities, now, and in the future for good educators and trainers to take judge and dictate the terms of our educational future. Without some radical changes (unlikely) the future of education, teaching and teachers does not lie with unions or government but dedicated professionals who just want to do a good job. The very reason they chose the profession to start with.
