I recently had the great fortune to train a group of people representing 10 different countries. It was a great learning opportunity for me as I was discussing performance management and we had some excellent debates about how people are managed differently across the world. Recently a participant asked me about cultural differences and I could relay some information that I learnt but I also remembered once seeing a guide to different body language issues across the world. I found the image below which may help some of you if you intend to train different cultural groups or discuss the differences with training participants.
