Inside a good training program – a real example

Ask Logicool 7 has been released and can be found at all of the usual locations. I don’t think anyone else has ever done it before but in this episode we look at a good (tested) program and why it was designed the way it was.  This is a blend of learning theory, learning strategy and experience of what works in a training room. If you think that you just need to write out the content and whack in a few exercises then this is the video for you. It takes a great deal more effort than that and years of experience in what works and what doesn’t.
