Next Monday I am going to start a six part blog post which will look at four letters of the alphabet per post and describe what I believe are the twenty four traits of excellent trainers. But, personally,I am going to only cover three per post. The fourth one I am going to leave to you the readers. Which ever letter it is I am going to expect you to comment on what the other trait is.
